Your new companyOur client is a global insurance law firm who are currently recruiting a Supervisor to join their Motor Recoveries department. This role is open to a retrain opportunity for applicants with strong RTA litigation experience, ideally from a defendant background. Your new roleThis Motor Recoveries Supervisor position will see you manage a team of recovery specialists with all aspects of a claim. You will be required to allocate work accordingly. You will balance supervisory responsibilities alongside your own caseload of motor recovery cases. Strong client care skills are essential as you will be required to build and maintain relationships with a number of insurer clients. What you'll need to succeedYou will ideally be a qualified solicitor/lawyer of 0-3 years PQE. This role is also open to nonqualified individuals with suitable experience. Applicants will preferably have over 1 year's experience handling motor recovery cases. Those with strong RTA litigation experience from a claimant background may also be considered for a retrain element. A minimum of 1 year's supervisory experience is essential.
