Sacco Mann is working with a highly rated Legal 500 firm who are seeking a Regulatory Healthcare Solicitor to join their expanding team based in Manchester City Centre. This role will be part of a new team that is building on their existing professional discipline practice. This is an excellent opportunity to be at the forefront of delivering expertise to new clients and expanding the firms work for professional regulators.
The Role:
- Managing and progressing cases under the supervision of a partner or principal associate.
- Supervising and overseeing the work of paralegals within the team.
- Analysing and reviewing evidence.
- Conducting witness interviews and drafting witness statements.
- Preparing instructions for counsel and experts.
- Communicating with witnesses, experts, counsel and other key stakeholders.
- Providing support to stakeholders, including assistance for vulnerable witnesses.
Alongside any other duties that fall within the wider remit of the role.
Essential skills:
- 2-6 years PQE with experience in healthcare, regulatory, or insurance fields.
- Genuine interest in the area of work with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused, person-centred approach.
- Experience supervising or supporting junior colleagues.
- Ability to meet KPIs, deadlines, and chargeable hours targets.
- Excellent written and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong IT and administrative skills.
