They are currently recruiting a Senior Clinical Negligence Lawyer to join their industry-leading team.Your new roleThis Senior Clinical Negligence Lawyer role will see you handle your own caseload of high-value complex clinical negligence claims from inception to completion. Claims will involve complex claims brought against the NHS, such as birth defects and catastrophic injuries. There may be a focus on cases involving cerebral palsy. You will be expected to help the development of the team alongside the head of department. What you'll need to succeedYou must be a qualified solicitor/CILEx with 5+ years PQE. Previous experience managing your own litigated caseload of complex clinical negligence claims is essential. Experience of cerebral palsy claims is beneficial. Successful applicants must be tenacious and must demonstrate a desire to be as successful as possible.
