The Role - Solicitor

We are actively seeking a Solicitor to join our Commercial Property team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual to join a well-established property team and develop their experience with excellent support around them.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial property (>4 years PQE) and will be able to demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent client care and interpersonal skills.

You will have experience of landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals, development work, commercial leases and property finance, to name few.

Working closely with colleagues across our regional commercial team, you will act for a wide range of business clients across the North West, and nationally, and will also be encouraged to take an active involvement in business development activities, building client relationships and helping to grow our already well-established firm.

The successful candidate will also play a part in mentoring and supervising junior colleagues.
