Job Title: Change Project ManagerLocation: Remote with travel to site adhocContract Type: 6 monthOverview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Change Project Manager to lead and implement strategic projects that drive organisational transformation. The ideal candidate will have a consultancy background, exceptional expertise in programme/project management, and a proven ability to develop and execute strategies that deliver measurable business impact.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end programme/project management initiatives to ensure timely and effective delivery of organisational change projects.
- Ideally candidates will come from a consultancy background
- Drive strategy development and implementation to achieve business goals and enhance organisational effectiveness.
- Analyse complex current-state data and provide actionable insights to shape future-state transformation plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership, influencing key stakeholders to align with project objectives and overall vision for the business area.
- Define and articulate business strategies while ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organisation to foster collaboration and ensure project success.
- Network and consult with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging connections to support project goals and enhance organisational effectiveness.
