- Full time, permanent site based position on a large manufacturing production site
- Direct management of 2 staff.
- Focusing on a right first time culture, collaborative work between quality and production, improving quality processes and reduce quality defects.
The Person
- Academic/working background in manufacturing engineering
- Experience as a Quality Manager, including staff management
- Understanding of lean, 5y, 8d and fishbone.
- Understanding of process flow methodology
