A fantastic opportunity has arisen at a leading law firm for an experienced Administration Assistant to join their highly regarded Real Estate Commercial team. As part of this dynamic department, you will provide essential support to fee earners working on a range of property transactions, including sales, purchases, landlord-tenant matters, and other key real estate services.

In this role, based at the firm's modern Manchester office, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ordering conveyancing searches and Land Registry title documents
  • Document production and circulation
  • Billing and general accounts administration, including client payment chasing
  • Opening new files and entering new instructions
  • Updating the case management system
  • Scanning, filing, photocopying, and archiving/closing files
  • Assisting with post-completion matters, including Land Registry registrations and Companies House searches
  • Supporting the overall development of the department
  • Managing electronic and physical post and allocating it to the case management system

To be successful, you should have previous experience in a post-completion role, be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word), and have strong organisational and teamwork skills. A proactive and detail-oriented approach will be essential to thrive in this role.
