As part of this dynamic department, you will provide essential support to fee earners working on a range of property transactions, including sales, purchases, landlord-tenant matters, and other key real estate services.

In this role, based at the firm's modern Manchester office, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ordering conveyancing searches and Land Registry title documents
- Document production and circulation
- Billing and general accounts administration, including client payment chasing
- Opening new files and entering new instructions
- Updating the case management system
- Scanning, filing, photocopying, and archiving/closing files
- Assisting with post-completion matters, including Land Registry registrations and Companies House searches
- Supporting the overall development of the department
- Managing electronic and physical post and allocating it to the case management system
To be successful, you should have previous experience in a post-completion role, be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word), and have strong organisational and teamwork skills. A proactive and detail-oriented approach will be essential to thrive in this role.
