Legal Secretary- Manchester (Hybrid Working)

Our client, a well-established firm in Manchester, is seeking a Legal Secretary to support their busy team. Responsibilities:
As a key part of the team, you will assist fee earners with a range of administrative and secretarial tasks, including:
- Assisting with file openings and compliance checks (KYC & AML)
- Supporting billing processes
- Typing correspondence and legal documents (including audio typing)
- Proofreading and amending documents
- Diary management and meeting scheduling
- Booking travel and accommodation arrangements
- Maintaining databases and archiving files
- Scanning, filing, and preparing documentation
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Previous experience in an administrative or legal support role is desirable but not essential
