Legal Administration Assistant – Real Estate

Douglas Scott are working with a top 100 law firm in Manchester for a Legal Administration Assistant and would suit someone who has Post Completions experience.

This role provides essential support to the team’s fee earners, assisting with a range of property transactions, including sales, purchases, and landlord and tenant matters.

A key focus will be handling post-completion tasks such as Land Registry registrations, responding to requisitions, and conducting Companies House searches. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and continued success of the department and the firm.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a post-completion role, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word), and excellent organizational skills. The ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently is essential.

This is a fully office-based role, located at the firm's Manchester head office in the city centre and It offers the opportunity to be part of a collaborative and professional team in a fast-paced legal environment.
