Your new companyOur client is a UK Top 40 insurance law firm with offices nationwide. An opening has arisen within their Catastrophic Injury and Large Loss team in Manchester, and they are currently recruiting for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate with 6+ years PQE. They are offering a competitive salary and plenty of hybrid flexibility. The Catastrophic Injury and Large Loss team are one of the highest performing departments in the firm.Your new roleThis Catastrophic Injury Senior Associate role will see you handle a broad and interesting caseload of complex, catastrophic and large loss claims arising from RTA and EL/PL matters on behalf of their insurer clients. Cases will be valued from £100,000 to up to £5,000,000. Claims will include brain and spinal injuries, amputations and fatalities. What you'll need to succeedYou should be an experienced Catastrophic Injury Associate or Senior Associate with a minimum of 6 years PQE who is looking to develop your career in a well-run firm. Experience of defendant catastrophic injury and large loss is preferable. Applicants with significant claimant catastrophic injury experience may also be considered.
