An opening has arisen within their Catastrophic Injury and Large Loss team in Manchester, and they are currently recruiting for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate with 6+ years PQE. The Catastrophic Injury and Large Loss team are one of the highest performing departments in the firm.Your new roleThis Catastrophic Injury Senior Associate role will see you handle a broad and interesting caseload of complex, catastrophic and large loss claims arising from RTA and EL/PL matters on behalf of their insurer clients. Cases will be valued from £100,000 to up to £5,000,000. Claims will include brain and spinal injuries, amputations and fatalities. What you'll need to succeedYou should be an experienced Catastrophic Injury Associate or Senior Associate with a minimum of 6 years PQE who is looking to develop your career in a well-run firm. Experience of defendant catastrophic injury and large loss is preferable. Applicants with significant claimant catastrophic injury experience may also be considered.
