A thriving conveyancing team in Manchester is expanding, offering an exciting opportunity for experienced conveyancing assistants/paralegals to join the dynamic workforce. They are looking for someone with experience in commercial/ residential property experience,Responsibilities:
  • Manage and assist wit the process, from instruction to completion, while liaising with all involved parties.
  • Assist the fee earners with their caseload
  • Proactively communicate with clients and third parties, providing regular updates on progress.
  • Ensure exceptional service to clients, introducers, and third parties.
  • Identify potential risks and resolve issues without compromising clients or the business.
  • Maintain files in compliance with SLA’s and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle tasks such as preparing and issuing contract papers, analysing search results, preparing completion statements and invoices, and managing exchange of contracts and legal completion.
This is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday.Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of previous conveyancing experience, managing your own busy caseload.
  • Passion for delivering excellent client service.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of attention to detail.
