- Manage and assist wit the process, from instruction to completion, while liaising with all involved parties.
- Assist the fee earners with their caseload
- Proactively communicate with clients and third parties, providing regular updates on progress.
- Ensure exceptional service to clients, introducers, and third parties.
- Identify potential risks and resolve issues without compromising clients or the business.
- Maintain files in compliance with SLA’s and regulatory requirements.
- Handle tasks such as preparing and issuing contract papers, analysing search results, preparing completion statements and invoices, and managing exchange of contracts and legal completion.
- At least 2 years of previous conveyancing experience, managing your own busy caseload.
- Passion for delivering excellent client service.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of attention to detail.
