A Manchester City Centre based law firm are currently looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their highly successful firm who pride themselves with a proven track record of colleague development and internal promotions.

**You must have previous experience of working as a residential conveyancing paralegal**

Location - Manchester City Centre

Salary - Competitive DOE

Duties include

  • Dealing with all aspects of the residential process on behalf of the firms clients, mortgage lenders, who have repossessed residential properties due to mortgage arrears or another breach
  • Dealing with preparation of memos of sales and auction packs
  • Reviewing residential titles on instruction from Client and providing Reports on title
  • Preparing, reviewing and issuing sales contracts and supporting documents.
  • Liaise with asset managers to provide a smooth transaction
  • Dealing with exchange of Contracts in a timely manner
  • Dealing with post sales matters including distribution of surplus funds as and where applicable
