My client is looking for an Experienced Property Paralegal with a minimum of 2+ years experience, to join their well establish and progressive law firm on a fully remote basis.

The firm combine legal expertise with ground-breaking software, which they built themselves. Every day, the feedback they gather from the team and their clients goes into making their service even better - they release new and improved features every few hours.

They complete thousands of sale, purchase and remortgage transactions each year, and they're trusted with panel membership by 80+ mortgage lenders.

They're rated as one of the best conveyancing firms in the UK by their clients and estate agents and brokers frequently tell us how much they enjoy working with us.

What you’ll do

  • Work with your team to deliver top class conveyancing to their clients, working on freehold and leasehold sale, purchase and remortgage transactions
  • Work with cutting edge technology to provide the best experience for their clients
  • Help their designers and software developers to refine the tools you’re using every day
  • Proactively identify and solve potential issues for clients
  • Maintain clear and jargon-free communication with clients and partners throughout the process

Key requirements:

  • Are a hard-working paralegal, with at least 2 year of experience in residential conveyancing
  • Must be able to title check freeholds and raise enquiries for LH sales. Also review searches and management packs.

  • Communicate clearly and concisely, avoiding legalese
  • Are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Are passionate about effecting change whilst at the same time being goals-focussed and impact-driven.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and enjoy strategic thinking
  • Have a curious mind and are passionate about legal tech innovation
