- Managing and progressing case files efficiently while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assisting with property forms, searches, and compliance processes, including Land Registry, Companies House, and AML checks.
- Using case management systems such as LEAP and InfoTrack (experience preferred).
- Liaising professionally with clients and colleagues, delivering excellent client service.
- Staying up to date with legal procedures and documentation requirements.
- Experience in a legal support role, ideally within property law.
- Strong IT and typing skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- A good understanding of property-related forms, searches, and legal processes.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach to work.
