Our client is seeking a Personal Injury specialist to manage their excellent OL/PL portal team in Manchester. This team sits within a highly regarded firm specialising in personal injury and clinical negligence claims. The role is ideal for an experienced OL/PL Team Leader who thrives on training and developing high-performing teams.
As an OL/PL Team Leader, you will:
- Lead and supervise a team of 10-15 Portal Litigation Executives.
- Oversee a caseload exceeding 1,500 claims, providing technical support.
- Ensure seamless daily operations, allocating tasks, and meeting key performance targets.
- Drive training, coaching, and career development initiatives.
- Conduct one-to-ones and performance reviews.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, work providers, and suppliers.
Who they are looking for:
- A qualified solicitor or legal executive, or someone qualified by experience.
- Proven experience managing a claimant personal injury portal caseload of ideally OL/PL claims.
- Previous supervision experience with a large team of paralegals.
- Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and relevant Pre-Action Protocols.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent client care skills.
