The Role - Paralegal - Plot Sales

We are looking for someone to undertake fee-earning and support work and provide a profitable contribution to the work of the Residential Development.

The role will see you responsible for sales of new homes and the legal aspects of contracts, title, exchange, completions and enquiries including part exchanges and resale of properties purchased in part exchange. It will also cover all aspects of individual plot sale disposals, some under the Help to Buy Scheme. There will also be opportunities to assist with residential conveyancing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • To maintain high standards in the processing of client work, both in respect of professional standards and client care.
  • Contribute to the department's financial objectives by adherence to the firm's procedures relating to billing.
  • To encourage and promote the image and ethos of the firm.
  • To seek actively ways to contribute to the continuing evolution and development of the firm.
  • To maintain clear and precise communications with other personnel of the firm.
  • To maintain good professional working relationships with external institutions and organisations.
  • Participation in marketing activities whether on a firm wide, departmental or office basis.
  • Ensure good working relationships with external third parties, institutions and organisations.
