An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paralegal to join an award winning and highly regarded law firm based in Manchester. You will be working as part of the firms Residential Conveyancing team providing an exceptional client service on a full range of matters including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.

Duties

  • Obtaining client ID and assisting in the preparation of engagement documentation
  • Coordinating property searches
  • Drafting mortgage reports
  • Drafting search reports
  • Obtaining title documents from the Land Registry
  • Compiling and issuing draft contract packs
  • Requesting redemption statements
  • Drafting SDLT forms
  • Managing completion including preparing completion statements
  • Assisting with replies to enquires from purchasers' solicitors
