Are you an experienced and highly motivated Paralegal looking for an exciting new opportunity? Our reputable recruitment agency is currently seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Paralegal on behalf of a prestigious law firm based in Manchester. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research, prepare case summaries, and compile documentation to support solicitors and fee earners
  • Draft legal documents such as contracts, statements, and briefs under the supervision of qualified lawyers
  • Manage client files, ensuring that all information is accurate, up to date, and stored in accordance with firm policies
  • Liaise with clients and third parties, providing a high level of professionalism and client care
  • Assist in the preparation of court bundles, witness statements, and other necessary paperwork
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure cases progress efficiently and deadlines are met

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a paralegal role, ideally within a commercial or litigation practice (although candidates from other legal backgrounds will be considered)
  • Solid understanding of legal terminology, processes, and best practices
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and effectively prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and legal research tools
  • A Law degree (LLB) or equivalent qualification is preferred, alongside a proven track record in delivering high-quality support to legal teams
