A leading personal injury law firm is expanding its Personal Injury department and is looking for candidates to support a team that secures significant compensation for clients across the UK. The department specialises in catastrophic injury cases and military claims. They are recognised for its excellent results and customer service.

Role Details:

  • Key tasks include:
    • Drafting witness statements
    • Attending conferences with counsel and experts, taking detailed notes
    • Preparing court documents
    • Liaising with clients and updating them on case progress
    • Reviewing medical reports and case law
    • Preparing instructions to medical experts and counsel
    • Organising court bundles
    • Managing billing and disbursement payments
  • 3 days in/2 from home

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in personal injury and catastrophic injury claims
  • Strong client care skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and empathetically
  • Ability to prioritise and work to high standards
  • Strong academic background
  • Proclaim Case Management System experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
