Douglas Scott is looking for a dedicated and experienced Private Client Paralegal to join a long standing clients, thriving team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative, supportive environment, with the potential for significant career progression in the legal sector. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a full Wills and Probate caseload from start to completion.
  • Draft, create, and register Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA).
  • Advise and assist with planning care home fees and related matters.
About You:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in Wills and Probate is essential
  • Proven ability to manage Wills and Probate caseload independently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
