Residential Conveyancing Paralegal - Manchester (Hybrid working)

A highly regarded Manchester City Centre based law firm are currently looking to recruit into their residential property department for a Paralegal to play a vital role in a client-focused team, handling a low volume but high-quality caseload.

The Role

  • Obtaining client ID and assisting in the preparation of engagement documentation.
  • Overseeing property searches and drafting detailed mortgage and search reports.
  • Obtaining title documents from the Land Registry and drafting Stamp Duty Land Tax forms.
  • Assisting with invoicing, matter maintenance, and general administrative tasks such as opening, closing, and archiving files, post allocation, photocopying, and binding.
  • Organising meetings and coordinating the team’s diaries to ensure smooth workflow.

Previous experience in a residential conveyancing role would be beneficial, though not essential, as training will be provided.
