Real Estate Finance Paralegal – Greater Manchester

Are you looking to take the next step in your legal career? My client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join its Real Estate Finance team in Manchester.

About the Role:

You’ll be part of a team with over 20 years of industry expertise, working on regulated and unregulated lending transactions. This firm’s typical clients include investors, banks, peer-to-peer lenders, bridging lenders and more.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your legal knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting security documentation for review by Fee Earners
  • Preparing mortgage reports and handling client updates
  • Ordering searches, documents and managing case progress
  • Submitting applications to Land Registry and HMRC
  • Preparing files for completion and managing payments
  • Ensuring an exceptional level of service for clients and introducers

What We’re Looking For?

  • Previous experience in Real Estate Finance, Residential or Commercial Real Estate
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive and client-focused approach
