Senior Probate Case Manager / Senior Private Client Paralegal - Team Leader

Sellick Partnership is pleased to be working with a market leader in Private Client, looking for a Probate Case Manager - Team Leader to join their Probate Operations team.

Due to the success and increase in demand, the team has undergone a large expansion plan and has doubled in size with profits up by 163%.

The Probate Case Manager - Team Leader will have the opportunity to be based in the North West, South Yorkshire, the West Midlands, or Bristol for 3 days per week. This is a fantastic opportunity for Probate Case Managers and Paralegals looking to progress their career!

As the Probate Case Manager - Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead, develop and motivate your team to deliver performance targets
  • Be responsible for all line management duties for your team
  • Ensure and improve the quality of all probate work carried out within the team, providing legal and technical audit support to case managers
  • Positively implement change in the team and the wider department

As the Probate Case Manager - Team Leader, you will have:

  • Technical probate knowledge with the ability to understand legal issues and resolve them through expert support
  • The ability to support, mentor and develop colleagues to improve their performance
  • A passion for delivering outstanding client service
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use management information (MI) effectively
