Our client, a reputable flat roofing company based in Eccles, is looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in flat roofing systems to manage and oversee multiple commercial roofing projects.

As the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of high-quality flat roofing systems, including cold applied, built-up felt, hot melt, and single-ply roofing systems. Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple commercial flat roofing projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate and liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects.
  • Oversee the installation of various flat roofing systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance on-site and implement best practices for roofing installations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the project teams and subcontractors to ensure the highest level of performance.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in flat roofing systems, including cold applied, built-up felt, hot melt, and single-ply systems (experience in all systems is ideal but not essential).
  • Proven experience in managing multiple roofing projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of commercial flat roofing projects and client requirements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, resources, and schedules effectively.

Desirable:

  • Experience in managing commercial flat roofing projects, with a solid understanding of both the technical and logistical aspects.
