  • Drive Supply Chain Excellence: As Head of Category (Supply Chain), you will set, challenge, and achieve ambitious availability targets across all channels.
  • Strategic Stock Management: Optimise stockholding, ensuring efficiency in both depot and stores while maximising cash and minimising waste.
  • Supplier & Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and strengthen key relationships internally and externally to enhance performance.
  • Operational Efficiency: Lead major space and seasonal changes, improving stock flow and supplier management.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Identify, nurture, and develop talent while driving a high-performance culture.
  • Budget & Performance Management: Ensure compliance with budgets, particularly for stock, waste, and 3PL performance.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Head of Category (Supply Chain) or in a senior Supply Chain role, ideally within retail, FMCG, or a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to drive change, optimise processes, and work collaboratively across departments.
  • Commercial mindset with experience in supplier management and budget control.
