Reed are super excited to be working exclusively with a fast-growing business in the FMCG industry in Greater Manchester.  We are looking for a motivated Operations Support Administrator to join our client's expanding team, a role that will support the operations department, focusing on logistics, documentation, and warehouse management. The ideal candidate will have a background in FMCG, with experience in quality specifications preferred. This position offers a unique opportunity to progress into the technical side of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of logistics, and warehouse operations.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Support the operations team in daily activities and projects.
  • Collaborate with the existing team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Analyse operational data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in training programs to develop technical skills and knowledge.
  • Provide support for quality specifications and compliance within the operations.
About You:
  • Previous experience in an operations support role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Familiarity with quality specifications and documentation processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational software.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
