This includes reviewing and processing property-related requests to ensure compliance and efficiency. A meticulous approach to analysis and detail will be essential for quality decision-making and fostering collaborative efforts across departments.**Key Duties & Responsibilities:**- Prepare and submit Land Registry applications (transfers, leases, charges, CN1s, RXs, etc.)- Address and resolve queries with the Land Registry on behalf of Fee Earners- Handle Land Registry requisitions and manage completion of registrations- Keep abreast of changes to Land Registry procedures- Draft and submit SDLT/LTT Returns, calculate payable amounts, and arrange payments- Register and satisfy charges and debentures at Companies House- Conduct OS1, OS2, SIM, and Bankruptcy searches- Manage property searches using Searchflow’s online system**Experience & Knowledge Required:**- Proficiency with P4W or similar case management systems (Proclaim experience is desirable)- Familiarity with BigHand system is advantageous- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills- Experience in commercial and residential property post-completion is essential- Property finance/banking post-completion experience is desirable- A team player with flexibility and adaptability to manage quick process changesThis role is perfect for a professional who is detail-oriented, organised, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.
