An esteemed architecture firm located in Manchester City Centre is seeking a well-organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join their team. This role is pivotal in supporting the team leader and the wider team to ensure the smooth operation of the team and deliver an exceptional client experience.

This is an ideal position for individuals looking to advance their career, has strong organisational skills with a get up and go attitude. Familiarity with MS Office: Word, PowerPoint and Excel – and Adobe InDesign would be advantageous in this role but not essential.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Act as the central point of contact for the team, providing a range of support to ensure seamless team operations.
  • Welcome new colleagues, providing guidance on workflow, systems, and health and safety procedures.
  • Encourage team members to maintain up-to-date calendars for accurate client communication.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, meetings, and events, including refreshments as needed.
  • Maintain and update project data, team contacts, and databases.
  • Support statutory application submissions and maintain organised files.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as typing, printing, and binding.
  • Uphold brand guidelines and support the communications team with project-related materials.
  • Manage timesheets, expense claims, and leave requests, and assist with project costing software queries.
  • Attend commercial reviews, create tasks, and ensure data is prepared in advance.
  • Update project costing systems and generate reports for monthly commercial reviews.
  • Raise purchase orders and maintain credit card portals.
  • Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and cleaning to ensure a well-functioning work environment.
  • Manage health and safety records, fire risk assessments, and compliance actions.
  • Provide switchboard support and reception cover as needed.
