As MD you will report directly into the CEO and lead the company on a day-to-day basis. You'll ulitmately be responsible to drive business growth and by doing so ensure efficient performance and alignment with the company's strategic goals. Amongst several other key responsibilities you will build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, insurance and other intermediaries, together with shared business services.
You'll possess proven experience in a senior leadership role and a track record of driving sales/business growth and profitability. The role will absolutely suit a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
