As the Head of HR, you will be a strong leader with fully rounded knowledge and experience of HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes
- HR Operations
- Payroll - Liaise with the Operations Manager to deliver an accurate and on time payroll
- Compensation and Benefits
- Develop and implement bonus strategy
- Implement HR projects and key strategies
Desirable:
- Construction, civil or engineering background
- Experience in implementing and managing a new people strategy
- CIPD Level 7
Please note, this is a full -time role working in the office Monday to Friday. There is no remote working with this role.
