Our client is seeking a talented and dynamic Manufacturing Excellence Project Manager to join their team on a temporary basis. Role Overview:

As a Manufacturing Excellence Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in diagnosing operations, implementing innovative practises, and driving breakthroughs in production performance. If you have a passion for continuous improvement and a knack for influencing teams, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Manufacturing Excellence assessments to identify opportunities for throughput increases and develop actionable implementation plans.
  • Collaborate with local teams to enhance organisational capability and embed new ways of working.
  • Design innovative tools and train employees on standardised practises within the Production System.
  • Coach leaders and support multifunctional teams in adopting new methodologies, including Industry 4.0 skills.
  • Perform targeted audits on the Production System and recommend continuous improvement strategies.

What You'll Bring:

  • A relevant scientific background (Chemical Engineering, Production Performance, Maintenance) with proven manufacturing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing challenges and a track record in transformation projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in data analysis and visualisation tools to present complex information clearly.
  • A proactive approach to change management and a willingness to travel globally as needed.

Your Skills Will Shine If You Have:

  • A degree in industrial, engineering, or chemical sciences (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven project and programme management methodologies.
  • Resilience and the ability to navigate complex organisational structures.
  • Flexibility to travel to different sites as required.
