This spring, we’re opening our first UK site in the Northwest, and we’re looking for an ambitious Sales and Operations Manager to take the lead in the UK market. This is your chance to be part of an exciting and groundbreaking launch!

Sales and Operations Manager – The Role:

This is a rare, hands-on opportunity to launch, grow, and scale Greentec Auto’s first UK site. You’ll play a pivotal role in laying the foundations for a thriving business and preparing for national growth.

In your first year, you'll establish operational processes, build a team, and develop commercial relationships. As the business grows, you'll drive sales, expand our customer base, and take on greater responsibility.

You’ll report directly to the CEO and Founder, with the autonomy to shape the future of Greentec Auto in the UK.

Sales and Operations Manager - Key Responsibilities:

- Launch Greentec’s first UK site, creating a high-performing operation

- Build and lead a team, ensuring exceptional service and technical expertise

- Develop processes to ensure a smooth, scalable operation

- Drive sales growth, build commercial relationships, and establish a strong local presence

- Ensure compliance with all UK regulations and safety standards

- Manage budgets, report risks and opportunities to U.S. HQ

- Represent Greentec as the local face, engaging with suppliers, industry contacts, and local businesses

Sales and Operations Manager - You:

- Proven leadership experience in sales and operations, ideally within automotive or EV sectors

- A passion for the automotive industry, with hands-on experience managing operational processes and teams

- Commercial acumen, including proven success in driving sales and managing budgets

- A strong ability to build relationships with both B2B and B2C customers

- A hands-on problem solver, ready to jump in and provide technical support where needed

- Self-starter mindset, comfortable working independently and leading in a start-up environment

- Experience in health and safety, compliance, and financial management

- Brand ambassador skills, with the ability to represent Greentec Auto in the UK market
