There is an exciting new opportunity to join a leading main contractor & developer in Manchester to a high end RC frame apartment development. Reporting to a Project Manager, you will be managing from the enabling works and the management of several subcontractor packages, chairing subcontractor progress meetings, progress reporting and overseeing health & safety and quality.
The company are an award winning multi disciplinary contractor and developer that specialise in the construction of commercial, residential and education projects in excess of 200m. This is a fast growing region with an impressive pipeline of projects that can offer excellent career development opportunities.
Experience / Qualifications Required:
- Background of Site / Construction Management within a large / Tier 1 contractor environment across high rise residential, multiple occupancy builds, student accommodation etc.
- Experience of managing full life cycle of a project from out of ground to internal packages
- Academically Qualified either BEng Civil Engineering / BSc Construction Management and relevant industry tickets and certificates.
- Track record of the delivery of high standards and behaviours in HSEQ
- Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.
Salary & Package on offer:
- Base 55,000 - 68,000 base (dependent on level / skills)
