This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with experience in Social Housing, to join a specialist company whose excellent reputation is paramount to their ongoing success on projects.

This company is involved in social housing and retrofit developments from concept to completion. Due to their ongoing success and increased workload, they are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager with experience in the social sector to aid in the successful completion of their new exciting projects. The company actively encourages an autonomous working environment and prides itself on a supportive culture.
In this role, you will be involved in the project from setup to completion. Your duties will include but not be subject to Overseeing Sites, Management of sub-consultants, Adhering to any health and safety on site, conduction of pre-complete inspection of properties, and Homeowner hand over process.
The Role:
- Oversee all on-site activities for retrofit projects
- Ensure compliance with building regulations,
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress
- Co-ordination between contractors and homeowners
The Person:
- Proven experience managing sites within the social housing sector.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations,
- Customer focused
- 5+ years of experience in site management,
