Responsibilities
Reporting: Directly report to the Senior Site Manager or Contracts Manager.
Project Management: Oversee day-to-day operations on one floor of a large-scale office fit-out project, managing all construction activities.
Subcontractor Supervision: Manage and coordinate subcontractors on your designated floor to ensure smooth workflow.
Health & Safety: Take charge of all Health & Safety aspects on-site, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Quality & Program Adherence: Maintain high-quality standards in line with the project program.
Collaboration: Liaise with professionals such as Designers and Sub Contractors to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
Commercial Focus: Implement a commercially aware approach to optimize project delivery.
Requirements
Experience: Previous site management experience in office fit-out projects.
Construction Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction practices and site management.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
Teamwork & Commitment: Ability to work as part of a team and commitment to project success.
Qualifications:
Site Management qualification
First Aid certified
Asbestos Awareness certified
Driver's License: Valid and clean driver's license.
Hours - 42.5 hours per week
This role requires flexibility, as projects are nationwide and will involve extended periods working away from home. The ideal candidate is North West-based, skilled in office fit-outs, and dedicated to ensuring a high standard of project delivery.
