The Site Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Wastewater service projects within a designated region. The role involves coordinating all aspects of service operations, from contract initiation through to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of service projects while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and contractual obligations are fulfilled.

• Coordinate labour resources, materials, plant, and subcontractors for seamless project delivery.

• Support the preparation of service quotations and provide technical input for project scope development.

• Provide leadership and development opportunities for the service team, ensuring high levels of performance and compliance with company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a management role overseeing service projects, ideally within the water industry or a related sector.

• Strong commercial awareness, including forecasting, contract management, and cost control.

• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience in managing subcontractors and liaising with key stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
