An exciting opportunity has arisen for mulitpal  Market Research Telephone Interviewer’s with a large social value not for profit group. The role is to make outbound calls to small and medium sized business, inviting them to join a government funded business growth programme or answer questions on a survey.
If you are a seasoned Market Researcher or a business graduate looking for your first job this could be the perfect opportunity.
Full training will be given, all you need is an intelligent, confident telephone manner and strong resilience.
Description of duties:
Conducting telephone interviews with respondents. 
This involves holding intelligent, fluid telephone conversations with businesses/individuals while asking them a structured set of questions, probing, and clarifying their responses.
• Collating and recording accurate and high-quality information obtained during the survey calls.
• Engaging prospective businesses confidently and persuasively, yet respectfully, encouraging their participation in the research.
• Participating in feedback sessions; critically thinking about what you are finding out from your calls and feeding back to the team.
• Achieving productivity (number of interviews) and quality targets.
• Being open to learning and improvement; we offer feedback and support.
• Being flexible and adaptable to suit business needs and project requirements.
• An excellent telephone manner
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Applications and the Internet (desirable)
