The Role

We're looking for a CRM Executive to join our growing Marketing team in Manchester city centre and take ownership of our customer data, CRM strategy, and Lifecycle Marketing. This is a pivotal role, as we are transitioning from an outsourced marketing model into building a best in class, multi-channel in-house marketing team.

In addition to being an expert at CRM marketing, you will work closely with the wider Digital Marketing team to create and ideate campaigns across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement CRM strategies across all platforms (Email, SMS etc.) to drive lead generation, conversions and customer lifecycle engagement.
  • Developing and executing lifecycle programmes for the full customer journey.
  • Create segmentation strategies to create personalised and targeted communications.
  • Build automated campaigns to maximise effectiveness.
  • Analysis of customer data and behaviour to obtain actionable insights and inform CRM initiatives.
  • Champion the adoption of AI-driven marketing tools to enhance results.
  • Monitoring and reporting on CRM campaign performance.
  • Support in content creation and ideation as and when required

What We're Looking For

  • 18 months+ experience in a CRM marketing role, whether in an agency or in-house.
  • Strong experience with data analysis, with the ability to interpret customer behaviour.
  • Experience of A/B testing with email campaigns
  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (ideally HubSpot)
  • Ideally experience in creating personalised and dynamic content
  • A bright, naturally inquisitive person and has a proactive attitude
  • A confident communicator, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively.
  • Experience in the Property sector, or a passion for property, would be desirable.
