A rapidly expanding, global technology business is looking to hire a highly motivated Digital Marketing Analyst to analyse the company’s digital marketing performance and propose actionable strategies to improve digital marketing performance across the UK & North America.
You will be key in driving business performance by identifying and optimising underperforming website pages and implementing conversion-focused strategies.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar to track, measure, and evaluate website performance and customer behaviour.
- Provide regular reports packed with actionable insights that inform and boost marketing strategies and campaigns.
Driving Revenue Growth & Retention
- Craft and execute strategies aimed at achieving an impressive 20% year-on-year revenue growth.
- Lead initiatives designed to increase home renewal rates to 80%, fostering customer loyalty and retention.
Affiliate Marketing Excellence
- Build and manage a high-performing affiliate marketing programme that drives additional revenue and expands our reach.
- Cultivate strong relationships with affiliate partners to ensure alignment with business goals and consistent performance.
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work hand-in-hand with our Marketing Campaigns Manager to bring in more website traffic through targeted campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager to optimise, revise, and create high-quality content aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Development teams to ensure marketing strategies translate seamlessly into website improvements.

- Data-driven expertise: Strong hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and CMS platforms to make informed decisions.
- Website optimisation skills: Knowledge of A/B testing, SEO, Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and best practices.
- Affiliate experience: Proven success in implementing and managing affiliate marketing programmes.
- Collaboration champion: Outstanding project management skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Technical understanding: Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and customer conversion funnels.
- Clear communicator: Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Industry experience: Background in the technology or software industry is highly desirable.
