- Analyse data and user behavior to generate reports and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Coordinate the on-site testing roadmap with the Digital Manager and Agency.
- Maintain an understanding of different brands and products to tailor activities to the specific audience and market.
- Take responsibility for achieving key business KPIs, with a focus on increasing website bookings, conversion rates, sessions, and engagement metrics.
- Utilise merchandising and analytics tools to gain insights into customer behavior and improve the overall customer journey.
Profile
- Solid understanding of the complete online user journey and consumer buying behavior.
- Experience using CMS systems
- Proficient in analytics platforms
- Knowledgeable in testing methodologies.
- B2C merchandising experience.
- Comfortable collaborating across teams to build key relationships.
- Experience working with Digital Agencies.
