Role Detail

They are now looking to recruit an innovative and results-oriented marketing executive with strong B2B experience within the education/training/events industry.

Reporting to the marketing manager, the role holder will create and manage a series of targeted B2B marketing campaigns for training courses and conferences via email campaigns, PPC and social media. You will also manage the company social media pages and assist both the marketing and sales teams with data-driven analysis.

The role requires a commercially minded individual who has a flare for creating effective lead generation campaigns via all marketing channels. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be required to review all campaign and website activities to ensure accuracy.

Strong interpersonal skills will be needed to help build productive relationships with partner networks and your colleagues.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement campaigns to drive qualified leads through various online channels
  • Email Campaigns: Build, schedule and report on all email marketing campaigns, focussing on quality and conversion, with the aim of generating qualified leads for the sales department and direct bookings
  • SEO & PPC: Manage and optimise SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and visibility. Produce PPC campaigns (Google Ads, social media) including keyword research, bid management, and A/B testing to ensure strong ROI.
  • HubSpot: Manage marketing automation, lead nurturing, and CRM integrations using HubSpot. Oversee email campaigns, lead segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Blog Writing: Create original content to be utilised across different platforms
  • Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day management and optimisation of the company’s website. Ensure that the website is user-friendly, up-to-date, SEO-optimised, and aligned with marketing campaigns and brand identity.

Requirements

  • Marketing experience from a B2B background
  • Experience of creating engaging and results driven email, PPC and Paid Social Campaigns
  • Self-starter, self-motivated and independent thinker who is also a strong team player
  • Analytical individual able to analyse customer trends/interests and turn this data into benefit driven campaigns
  • Hands on CRM experience- Hubspot preferrable
  • Experience updating CMS platforms
  • Strong communicator and influencer
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Well organised and structured in business processes
  • Target driven and highly motivated with the ability to work to deadlines
