Role Overview:As aTrainee Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with our dynamic direct Sales and Marketing team to support a range of direct marketing activities and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and take on challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various B2C channels
- Help manage and update our customer data new and existing
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for new customer territory for your campaign
- Assist in the preparation of sales materials and meetings
- Respond to customer questions, ensuring high-quality service
- Collaborate with team members
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and sales activities
- Assist in organising and attending marketing events, trade shows, and webinars
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales support is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented role.
