Salary: Up to £70,000 + Car allowance
Job Description:
- Lead mechanical design projects within building design services.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop innovative solutions.
- Oversee the preparation of mechanical design drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and adherence to design.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in mechanical design within the building services sector.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and building codes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
