This is a newly created opportunity due to business expansion, for a skilled, passionate seniorqualified nurse to join a dynamic healthcare provider as Lead Clinical Supervisor. Applications are welcomed from RGN or RMN qualifiednurses, nurse managers and clinical leads, who also have somelevel of leadership experience.

You will provide clinical supervision to their growing team of smoking cessation practitioners across England, and you will organise and oversee direct observations of the national teams.

The position will also see you managing quality assurance, having clinical oversight of the services and monitoring monthly care audits across the organisation, ensuring best practice and managing & continually improving processes and procedures.
