A leading Proptech company renowned for their cutting-edge, award-winning solutions in the real estate sector is seeking a proactive and experienced Account Executive. This role is ideal for someone with a background in property technology who is eager to propel our success to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Growth: Lead the growth of our UK market with the support of a Sales Development Representative (SDR), managing the entire sales cycle.
- Sales Process Management: Guide qualified leads through the sales process, including software demonstrations, contract negotiations, and closing deals.
- Business Strategy: Analyze business trends and provide strategic feedback to capitalize on opportunities.
- Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to expand your knowledge and network.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to effectively target and engage leads.
- Product Demonstrations: Showcase the benefits of our software to potential clients through engaging demonstrations.
- Upsell/Cross-Sell: Identify and act on upsell/cross-sell opportunities in accounts you have secured.
- Process Improvement: Contribute valuable insights to enhance sales processes and client outcomes.
- Goal Achievement: Exceed quarterly activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales activity, manage the pipeline, and achieve revenue goals.
