£11.66 - £12.72 per hour
Monday to Friday 40-hour weeks

We are working with a long-standing client of ours based in Wythenshawe who are experts in the aviation industry who are looking for an Assembly/Mechanical Technician
The Job
- Produce all seat plastics components to the highest quality standard, including but not
- restricted to the following processes (scraping, tool making, vacuum forming, trimming, gluing and assembly)
- Work within the COSHH guidelines and ensure correct wearing of appropriate PPE.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings and 1st and 3rd Angle projection
- Assist in stock control/stores/inspection/part marking and packaging.
- Ensure the workshop is maintained to a safe standard in accordance with company
- EH&S policies/procedures.
- Help out in the inspection area when required including packing and boxing up
- components.
- Kit components as required.
About you
- Proven experience in Assembly
- Experience using hand tools
- Capable of reading and understanding Standard Measuring Equipment SME.
- Able to interpret Assembly/Engineering drawings
- To have a keen eye for detail.
