We are currently working with a well renowned brand, multi-site food manufacturer that are looking for a Production Manager to join the team on a 4 on 4 off days and nights shift.
You will be responsible for communicating and cross functional management with all departments, people management and development, operational efficiency and performance, Health and Safety.
To be successful in the role you will need to be a hands on leader who leads by example, able to build strong internal and external relationships.
