As a Multi-Modal Operator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating shipments across air, sea, and road, ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods internationally. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate import/export shipments across air, sea, and road transport modes.
- Manage shipment documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and carriers to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve operational challenges.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in multi-modal freight forwarding (Air, Sea, Road).
- Strong understanding of international shipping and logistics.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
