What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Community Psychiatric Nurse and play a key role in improving the lives of adults with mental health needs. In this role, you will:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments• Create and implement personalised care plans• Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care• Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid NMC registration and pin• Experience working with community mental health patients• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This flexible position requires availability for 3 days per week with flexibility where possible. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
